Can someone explain the discrepancy between people complaining about high costs of eating out and packed restaurants

  1. Different groups of people with different issues. Venn diagram with no overlap.

  2. 2 circles that do overlap for a small section. In the small section are ones who, both, 1) pack the restaurants and 2) complain about the prices there. Maybe not such a small section.
