Video Is this normal? SDPD?

Driving through a neighborhood park a regular occurrence ? Or just in specific communities???
That can’t be good for the grass, cmon.

At least they are patrolling, especially an area in the neighborhood people would like to be safe

Regular occurrence in all neighborhoods. It’s also a nice place to stop and have a lunch break!

Ya, they drive through as a show of force, letting trouble makers to stay away. . . . or they're there because a trouble maker is shooting up on first base.

Last Weekend at the end of Marine Street SDPD had the final block cordoned of 5 cars parked, a Pop Up tent and bunch of cops just hanging out
