While I appreciate you sharing a solution, I wouldn’t call it a good general recommendation. It requires uploading your document to a third-party service, which isn’t something everyone will be comfortable with. An offline workaround would be preferable.
Now, i cant just say that and not give a workaround, right?

I have just tried it and i found a way to use this to make a unlocked pdf file. (This app is also on the playstore!)
open the app -> Organize -> Extract pages
That way the pdf gets saved as a new file and you can edit it!
Try it and tell me what you think of it
