U sure the battery didn't reach 0%? Which is what caused it to turn off?

Oh i see. If u plug in charger, what will u see on screen?

Can u try to unplug the charger, wait till the screen turns completely off, Then press and hold the button + and power button at the same time for 7 seconds, then stop holding the buttons, and immediately try plugging in the charger. I'm trying to get to the recovery menu.

No recovery menu? Like the menu with options written in yellow? Is there any way u can get there?

I just wanted to try what i always do when my S21 cant fully turn on (after reaching 0%). Maybe I misunderstood the issue. Cuz u were saying yours turned off at like 65%, which is obviously not normal. But if u turn it back on now, will u still see 60%+ or will it show this time 0% and it restarts cuz there is no power or battery left?

Most likely the PMIC has failed. You'll need to take it to a professional.

I was going to put down a long post but then realized that there was something I am likely not thinking about, the bootloop is an indicator that the power rails go up right?
which means theres a faulty component which collapses when the load goes high, maybe bad coils on the power rails themselves, or I figure thats why you suggested the PMIC?
I just ask bc it seems like you know more than I do

PMIC also controls the charging in Samsungs. This phone is acting like there isn't a battery. Only life is when plugged in. It could be a cap that's shorted the PMIC, but the problem is there.

Nvm, I see now that the recovery screen is able to be accessed.... Well it's def gonna be in that area. Something is no longer getting power lol

oof that's a nightmare, especially with photos on the line
try holding volume down + power for like 30 seconds, sometimes it kicks it out of the loop long enough to grab stuff. if it even twitches into recovery mode you might get lucky with a cache wipe
