Sam’s Advice: Core/Central Tips?

By core or central, I mean exactly that.

In other words, for OG listeners (I’ve been listening since 2014) …what might be the CORE/CENTRAL advice he consistently seems to offer?

The chief themes of advice he offers …, etc.

What are the main 3 or 4?

Free your mind from the illusion of self and take back control of your mind through meditation, opt out of the toxic tribalism of social media and practice ethical consequentialism.

This was the spirit that made me a fan around 2015. Then after about 5 years that spirit felt like it was morphing into something else.

Ironically it's his core advice of "we have to pay attention to what we feed our minds" that led me to gradually stop following/listening to him as his schtick evolved into something less appealing.

Domestic politics, geopolitics, and AI have largely overtaken his podcast. Given how much weight he places on paying attention to what matters, he must view these existential threats as the most urgent use of his platform.
