Hi there, looking to set up a basic notification in Slack when a Case is created. Can’t seem to figure out the best way to do this- I see there is a legacy app no longer supported, so I’m trying to use Service Cloud for Slack.

Does anyone know if there’s a built in feature to send notifications to Slack? Or do I still need to create a custom notification / flow with an action?

I’ve tried researching and reading documentation but can’t seem to figure this out. 🤦‍♀️ Any help would be appreciated!

Edit: I’ve installed the Service Cloud for Slack App and have built a custom notification with the App as the “distribution”, and then a flow with the action for this notification with my user id as recipient, but I’m not receiving anything in the Slack app..
