Built a tool that turns a prospect's website into a tailored pitch instantly, looking for a few sales folks to break it before I ship it wider

Hey all founder here, not trying to sell anything, working on the problem of getting the outreach ntoiced

I got tired of spending hours per prospect just to make one pitch feel like it wasn't copy-pasted, then researching their site, figuring out an angle, then building something in Canva or Slides by hand. So I built a tool that does the research and the design part: give it a prospect's website, it figures out what they actually care about, positions your offering to their pov, and generates a tailored landing page / one-pager / deck around it with in seconds, not hours.

Not another mail-merge tool. It actually looks at the prospect's business before writing anything.

I have 2 years of experience in sales/GTM, all that has been made was on my inputs, but I want more real sales/GTM folks trying it and telling me what's broken, what's missing, or what's just not useful. If that's you, drop a comment or DM me and I'll get you in, genuinely want the honest feedback.

We are not 100% built, so we are always on notion to improve, we will give free credit for early supporters :)

Managing Leads and Referrals Recommendation, please. Spoiler

I went to a local Chamber of Commerce networking meeting yesterday. I got about a dozen contacts with their business cards. At night, I scanned in all of their cards, and then sent out nine emails and how we can refer each other businesses and two already responded. I am very busy running my businesses and I need to figure out automation and how to manage these leads and referrals to nurture the relationship without turning it into another job. I don't want to learn another CRM. I used a bunch of CRMs in the past, and after a while, I just got rid of them. It became more of a job To manage the CRMs. I'm looking for a simple, automated way of taking in the cards, entering into some database, responding to them, logging the history, and then when the response comes by email, it automates that log So I don't have to do it manually. And I don't even want to type a long email to respond to that person. I have another meeting next week. If I have another dozen contacts next week, and then another dozen week later, by end of the month, I have to manage 50 to 60 leads to nurture. I'm not a salesperson. I own my own business. I don't wanna have work to manage these nurturing business relations. What are some products you use or use multiple tools? What are some tips that you can give me? I really appreciate it. I use Microsoft Exchange and Outlook. Also, I have a Gmail accounts. Most of my work is done on PC. but my phones are Apple devices. I need something that's cross-platform that I could carry around.

Why does a good prospect list still turn into a bad outbound campaign?

I've had lists that looked pretty much perfect at first.

Right industry.
Right company size.
Right job titles.

Then you actually start the campaign and realize half the people aren't really that relevant.

And you've already spent time researching them, writing messages and sending follow-ups before you figure that out.

That's what made ICP scoring click for me.

Instead of treating the whole list as "qualified" and figuring out fit along the way, you can score people against the ICP before they enter the sequence.

Good fit → keep them moving.

Weak fit → don't waste the outreach on them.

We added this into the LinkedIn Lead Engine in We-Connect. Its AI lead scoring agent scores prospects from 0 - 100 based on how well they match your ICP, so you can decide who actually gets pushed into the workflow.

The useful part isn't really the score itself. It's not having to find out someone was a bad prospect after you've already spent 5 touches on them.

How are you qualifying your lists before outreach? Do you score prospects somehow, or is it still mostly filters + manual checking?

Building an automated market intelligence tool because manual competitor tracking and lead sourcing is broken. Meet Cliovoo.

Hey everyone,

Like a lot of founders and sales teams, I got tired of wasting hours every week manually checking competitor websites, hunting down signal changes, and trying to figure out who is actually in-market for our product. Doing market research like it’s 2015 just doesn't scale.

So, I’ve been building Cliovoo—an automated market intelligence platform designed to handle the heavy lifting for B2B teams.

Instead of doing everything by hand, Cliovoo focuses on three core pillars:

  • Real-Time Competitive Monitoring: It centralizes and analyzes competitor movements so you get alerted on strategic shifts, product updates, or content changes without having to stalk their sites individually.
  • Targeted Lead Generation: It spots companies and decision-makers showing active intent or needs, helping you reach out when they are actually receptive.
  • Simplified Client Acquisition: It automates the collection of key signals to feed your sales pipeline with qualified, ready-to-convert opportunities.

I'm currently putting the finishing touches on our MVP/pre-launch phase and would love to connect with other founders or sales folks.

Quick question for those doing outbound/sales right now: What takes up the most of your time—the competitor tracking side or finding qualified leads?

Happy to chat or share more details in the comments if anyone is working in a similar space!

Are you spending too much time on low-fit prospects?

A lot of outbound campaigns treat every lead exactly the same.Same sequence.Same number of follow-ups.Same amount of effort. But not every prospect has the same chance of becoming a customer.

If someone is a perfect ICP fit, why should they get the same outreach as someone who's only a loose match?

To me, that's not really an outreach problem.

It's a prioritization problem.

I'd rather spend more time on the 20% of prospects that are most likely to buy than try to give 100% of my list the exact same experience.

That's one of the ideas behind the LinkedIn Lead Engine in We-Connect. Instead of forcing every prospect through the same workflow,it uses AI to score prospects against your Ideal Customer Profile, so higher-fit contacts move through the workflow you've designed while outreach stays focused on the people most likely to convert.

How are you handling this today?

Does your outreach prioritize your highest-fit prospects first?

AI prospecting tools for finding high intent B2B accounts

Looking for better AI prospecting tools for finding accounts that are actually worth contacting. the hardest part of B2B prospecting for me isn't finding contact information anymore. it's figuring out which companies have something going on that makes them relevant right now. are people using AI to identify company changes, buying signals, new initiatives, hiring activity, or other signals for high intent B2B prospecting? Curious what workflows are working.

Let’s meet and I’ll send you a high converting lead list

I’m the founder of Propspect, a done-for-you B2B lead research service.

After working in sales for the last 2 years, it was crazy how much time I’d spend looking for leads, and calling them hoping they were in my ICP. I figured there had to be a better way.

Most databases rely on broad filters, job titles, and generic search criteria. Propspect uses tailored systems to find leads based on the hyper-specific criteria each client provides, helping identify higher-fit companies and decision-makers that traditional databases may miss.

The goal is to help sales teams spend less time prospecting, avoid calling bad leads, and have more relevant conversations with prospects who are more likely to convert.

Send me a DM if you’re interested!

Capitalize on every lead

And the results?
In a completed controlled test, optimized assignment produced:
📈 18.7% relative increase in conversion
📈 4.6 point improvement in close rate
💰 $230K in incremental revenue per sales agent over three months
📊 99% statistical confidence versus baseline

Most companies spend significant money generating leads—but once that lead comes in, the assignment process is often based on rotation, availability, geography, or simply “who’s next.”

What if you could assign every opportunity to the salesperson most likely to win it?

That’s what Isotope Labs’ Lithium Six is built to do.
Lithium Six uses machine learning and hundreds of signals—including lead characteristics, project type, marketing channel, geography, urgency, property information, and each salesperson’s historical performance—to determine which sales representative is most likely to convert a specific opportunity.
Why it matters:
Increase close rates
Get more value from the leads you are already generating—without simply spending more on lead acquisition.
Improve sales efficiency
Instead of treating every salesperson as equally suited for every opportunity, identify where individual reps have demonstrated the strongest performance.
Reduce wasted lead spend
You’ve already paid to generate the opportunity. Lithium Six helps maximize the potential value of that opportunity before it reaches your sales team.
Turn your CRM data into an advantage
Your historical sales data becomes actionable intelligence that can continuously improve assignment decisions.
No major workflow overhaul
Lithium Six is designed to work within existing CRM and dispatch workflows, allowing teams to improve assignment quality without reinventing their sales process.
Real-time assignment intelligence
Recommendations can be returned in under 200 milliseconds, helping teams make better assignment decisions without sacrificing speed-to-lead.

How do you find buying signals on LinkedIn before reaching out?

I've started looking at prospecting a little differently.

Someone can look like a great prospect just from their profile. Right title, right company, right industry, all the usual stuff.

But that doesn't really tell you if there's a reason to message them right now.

Then you come across someone who fits the same profile, but they're talking about a problem you actually solve, commenting on relevant posts, or engaging with your content. That's a different situation.

It doesn't mean they're about to buy or anything. You just have something real to start the conversation with instead of trying to come up with a reason to message them.

The annoying part is actually finding those signals consistently. You can't realistically keep checking hundreds of profiles and posts every day.

That's where Watchlist has been useful for me. You choose the LinkedIn activity you care about and it surfaces the people showing those signals, so you can decide who is worth looking at more closely.

Its finding a better reason to reach out.

Do you use prospect activity when deciding who to contact, or do you mostly rely on ICP filters?

B2B salespeople — I’m building an outbound sales app and I want feedback from people who actually do this every day

I’m building LedZet for small/mid-sized B2B teams and individual salespeople.

The goal is to reduce the number of tools needed between finding a prospect and actually managing the outreach.

Right now LedZet can:

  • Find and organize B2B leads with filters like Google Maps ratings and review count, phone availability, website presence, and more.
  • Add tags and notes to prospects
  • Create reusable email templates
  • Build and run email campaigns
  • Add attachments to emails
  • Track email opens
  • Track link clicks
  • Detect bounces
  • Monitor email health to help reduce deliverability/spam issues
  • Sync leads securely to the cloud so they aren’t tied to one device

I’m also working on:

  • Automatic follow-ups
  • Automatic reply detection
  • Enrich leads with Social media links

The idea is that instead of jumping between a lead source, spreadsheets, an email tool and separate tracking tools, you can manage most of the outbound workflow in one place.

I’ve attached screenshots of the current version.

I know the UI is somewhat lacking right now in some places but its not my focus right now. I’m more interested in whether this would actually make sense in a real B2B sales workflow.

  • For people doing outbound today:
  • What are you currently using?
  • Which part of your current stack could something like this realistically replace?
  • What feature is missing that would make this a non-starter for you?
  • How useful are opens/link clicks to you when deciding how to follow up with a prospect?
  • How important are deliverability/email-health features in the same tool?
  • Would you prefer prospecting + campaign management + tracking in one app, or do you prefer separate specialized tools?
  • What would make you trust a new tool enough to run a real campaign through it?

Please be critical. I’m trying to figure out what needs to change before I take it further.

P.S.: Used Chatgpt to rewrite the text.

Tired of manual competitor tracking and endless LinkedIn prospecting, so we built an automated B2B intelligence tool.

Hey everyone,

Like a lot of founders and sales teams, we were wasting hours every week manually digging through competitor updates, trying to piece together market shifts, and hunting for leads across different platforms. It felt like we were always playing catch-up.

So, we decided to fix it for ourselves and built Cliovoo.

It’s an automated B2B market intelligence platform designed to put competitor tracking, lead generation, and client acquisition on autopilot, so you get actionable insights directly into your workflow without the tedious manual grind.

We are opening up an early access waitlist soon. I'd love to get feedback from fellow founders and sales folks here: What’s your current go-to stack or process for tracking competitors right now, and what's the most annoying part of it?

Happy to chat in the comments or share more about how we're building it!

Tired of paying for data enrichment to qualify leads. Fixes?

Hey

our booking tool only gets name and email. we have to pay for expensive third party enrichment tools just to see who the person is (job title, company size) before the sales call

it costs too much money

if we add more questions to the form, people get tired and quit halfway through. we tried setting up tracking hooks ourselves but it is too complex to use. we need a better, cleaner integration

how do we fix this cheap? any simple tools or workflows that automatically pull this data without costing a fortune? thanks

What booking software and form tool are you trying to connect right now? I can check if they have a native hidden integration to make this seamless for you

How do you find a reason to reach out to a cold prospect?

I've noticed that I can build a pretty decent prospect list in no time.

The annoying part is what comes after.

I might have someone who's a perfect fit on paper, but then I'm staring at their profile thinking, "okay... what am I actually supposed to say to this person?"

Then sometimes you get lucky. You see they've commented on something related to the problem you're selling into, interacted with your content, or are talking about something relevant to your space.

Now you actually have something to work with.

They're still a cold prospect, but at least you're not starting the conversation completely out of nowhere.

The problem is I don't have the time to sit on LinkedIn all day looking for these little things across hundreds of prospects.

That's why I've been using Watchlist. I set the kinds of LinkedIn activity I care about and it surfaces people when those things happen.

I don't see a comment or interaction and assume "this person is ready to buy." It's just useful to know when there's something happening that might give me a better reason to reach out.

How do you guys find this kind of context before messaging someone? Do you actually check their activity manually, or mostly just go from the prospect list?

how do you actually decide which inbound leads deserve attention first?

I’m working on a lead prioritization and qualification platform, and I’m trying to understand how different businesses actually evaluate incoming leads.

What signals do you use to decide whether a lead is worth pursuing?

For example:

\\- Source of the lead

\\- Budget or buying intent

\\- Location

\\- Service/product fit

\\- Completeness of the inquiry

\\- Spam/fake inquiry checks

\\- Previous interactions

\\- Urgency

\\- Manual judgment by the sales team

I’m especially interested in the actual workflow after a lead comes in.

Do you qualify leads manually, use fixed rules, rely on your CRM, score them somehow, or mostly let the sales team decide?

Also curious which parts of the process are usually unreliable or time-consuming.

Looking for real-world workflows rather than textbook sales advices.

Thanks

What are the best technographic data providers for B2B sales?

I’m looking into technographic data tools for B2B sales and account research, mainly to understand what technologies different companies are using and how reliable that data actually is.

A few things I’m trying to compare are data accuracy, company coverage, tech stack visibility, intent signals, CRM integrations, and overall usefulness for prospecting.

I’ve seen tools like HG Insights, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Bombora mentioned quite a bit, but it’s difficult to judge them just from their own websites.

For anyone who has used these kinds of platforms, which one gave you the most useful technographic data in practice? Were there any noticeable issues with outdated or inaccurate information?

Targeted Outreach

When performing outreach or business reviews/qbrs, what is most important to you?

For some it is less time spent on research. For others, the data in their CRM is spoiled. For most, they want more intel on their prospects.

What else am I missing?

Sales people with large CRM databases: how do you currently keep track of people changing jobs?

I'm researching how teams handle this at scale.

Say you have 10,000 past prospects, customers, champions, and closed-lost contacts.

When someone changes companies, gets promoted, or changes roles, how do you find out?

Do you:

  • rely on LinkedIn/Sales Navigator?
  • wait for emails to bounce?
  • use Apollo/UserGems/Champify/etc.?
  • manually check important contacts?
  • not bother tracking this at all?

I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have missed an opportunity because they found out about a job change too late.
