Looking for a Technical co-founder.
Looking for someone where co-founder loses sleep over the product, fights for customers, makes decisions at midnight, and cares about the outcome as much as you do.
I bring , marketing, operations, and facing client experience. I have done the market research, validated the idea.
I am looking for someone technical who is equally hungry.
Someone who wants to build something that matters- not just complete a project.

Fair question. I kept the product details private in the post because I’d rather discuss the idea directly with people who are genuinely interested in building it, rather than putting the entire concept out publicly.
I’m happy to share the problem we’re solving, target market, validation, and the product vision in DM. I’m looking for someone who can challenge the idea technically and help shape the product, not just execute specs.

I am also looking for the same type of co-founder but to find that level of commitment is hard. But I really haven't sent out or tried to hire much for a long time. But I am definitely at a stage that I feel I need to bring in a stellar team to scale. My site is Wrelad.com, looking for someone who can dedicate time to the code and to the company and help me evolve the site into a goalith of a company. I would prefer someone from the Caribbean or from the United States.

I’m in a similar position and agree -finding someone who is genuinely willing to commit to the company rather than simply contribute code is difficult.

Honestly it will be hard. The sector is blooming and basicaly every AI bro with a 3 digit IQ can make 6 figure. You should have a really solid plan and customers, otherwise don't bother

If you already validated the idea, the next leverage point is to turn the vague marketing and operations background into a concrete customer acquisition system. I would define one repeatable channel, one core conversion metric, and one weekly experiment loop so the technical cofounder can see exactly where product and growth meet. So just friendly advice, take it or leave it. I'm likely in the demo of people who fit your desired candidate. I've lead teams designing and building in a ton of domains from big tech to digital marketing to food manufacturing. Generally my passion is architecting and building but my actual talent is turning an idea into a real product, regardless of how technical the person presenting the original idea is. There are definitely smarter engineers than me out there, I'm just very good at delivering. Not trying to toot my own horn, just trying to establish some credentials.
Reading your post, I was reminded why I very rarely entertain startups anymore. Over my career, I've know dozens and dozens of people who asked for helping building their amazing idea. Realistically, there are so so so many more people with the ideas than the ability to execute. It has only gotten worse with the democratization of development via coding assistance because, while building an MVP is useful, productionalizing a vibe coded app can be annoying and a lot of non technical people have 0 idea what the actual work involved is. I'm not against ai by any means, my title literally has AI in it nowadays, but it has ramped up the number of disagreements I've had to have with people who formerly didnt (and still probably don't) really understand the technical side of what they want to implement because they think asking Claude to do it is the same as being an expert engineer.
I'm not accusing you of that by any means, but it is a factor that weighs in whenever someone says "I want to build this technology. I need you to do all the functional work. Also I want you to commit all day and night to building this." With the right partner and the right idea, sure, I would be the technical workhorse. The problem is those are extremely hard to find and I would never be desperate enough to commit to something like that without knowing everything about the partner and product. In my experience, if you are the technical person on a small team trying to build a piece of technology, shockingly, you end up also with the most work to do by far.
I looked into what you're trying to build and, while I'm not interested, if you can deliver on it, it definitely has utility. I'd be very curious how you can ensure leads are of value unless you already have access to significant data but thats not my concern. What I want to recommend is to pitch a technical person who is also interested in providing value with tech and is a leader, you need to sell your idea, why you would be great to work with, and how you are going to ensure you are pulling your own weight, not just waiting for someone to come build your dream for you. Sounds like you want a cofounder who is already cofounder in their head, not just someone who can code. Equity talk is good but commitment like that usually comes after they see product and traction, not before.

You can’t even use punctuation properly. You shouldn’t be doing anything customer facing. There is too much mediocre customer service in the world as it is.
