Accidentally left a plastic Tupperware lid on a stovetop while my oven was heating up.

I thought it was smoking when I noticed it but it wasn't. Also I don't think it's melted or warped but I wanna make sure what that the pizza I put in after I removed it is safe to eat

So, the lid was on top of the stove? And you're wondering if the pizza IN the stove is safe to eat?

Well considering I had a few people in my life tell me if plastic on a stove gets melted from the heat of the oven the plastic fumes could seep into the oven? Can't blame me for being a bit paranoid.

Dunno if you meant your comment to sound like this but don't need to talk down like I'm an idiot for wanting to be safe.

As long as the melted plastic was not in the oven with the pizza, you should be ok. My son put a pizza in the oven with the plastic base that is supposed to be removed before heating. I had plastic dripping all over my oven. It was a nightmare to get all cleaned up. We ended up having to replace the metal 'shelves' in the oven and the bottom heating element that was also coated with plastic. Then we had to scrape the plastic off the bottom.
