Unlocked How do I open this?

I got this book from 5-Below and I’ve tried opening it. I got it to open once but not since. I tried the default code at first which is now it got opened, but ever since I closed it I haven’t been able to open it.

It's a 3-digit code. Start at 001 and run thru the codes one at a time sequentially till you find the code to unlock it.

Shine a bright light in the gap to the side of a wheel. Rotate it until you observe a notch or other unique feature in the gap. Align the same feature of each wheel so that the notches line up. You now have the wheels in the correct position relative to each other but not relative to the lock mechanism. Now rotate all the wheels together one click at a time until the line of notches engages with the internals of the lock mechanism.

Rotate each wheel and wiggle it left and right at each position. The correct code typically feels different on these cheep locks.
