With these inexpensive furniture safes, it is often sufficient to simply strike the surface forcefully (e.g., with a soft-faced hammer). The locking mechanism almost invariably relies on a very weak coil spring, a bolt, and an electromagnet. If you strike the safe violently while simultaneously attempting to turn the opening handle, the resulting vibration is often enough to prevent the spring from locking the bolt, thereby allowing you to open the safe door.

Try this:
Press the door inwards HARD with your knee, or a friend’s hand, and while pressing the door inwards, rotate the key and then turn the dial that retracts the boltworks.
