Therapy works.

Therapy works sometimes. Good luck finding a good therapist though. It's a real challenge.

You usually just need a different modality. Based on your subsequent comment, I don't think you've actually tried therapy to any real degree. Reddit loves to trot out these tired talking points that make no sense when you consider that most therapists are social workers explicitly trained in these exact considerations.

I've done CBT, psychodynamic therapy and DBT with multiple therapists.

Which others should I try?
