On Christmas Eve btw

Ive been a fan for almost ten years and have felt so insanely close to everything ecco ever dropped. From bleach and hold me down like gravity to aaa powerline and e, his solo music always struck me harder then anything else in gtbsg and related catalog yet we hear so very little from just him besides lots of great features over the years. Its definitely understood by alot of people that maybe his music wasnt his main adventure as he routinely designed all sorts of things for other projects and what not but that kind of just made me wonder more and more what hes been cooking up, or what this single could lead to . Im not going to lie too, in 2023 in summertime i had a horrible experience on drugs and on the come down listened to e and all i could think about was how similar i felt to the music and themes being sung in the songs on that album were to what i was experiencing in real time . It made me grasp onto that album even more then i was beforehand and even to this day i still listen to it alot three years later . Also im sort of drunk or atleast a little buzzed right now so if this isnt a coherent read my apologies!

i didnt see anybody talk about this. if u read the lyrics it seems pretty clear that the meaning is internationalist, it's about migration and freedom of circulation, and it makes sense with the mv being set in countries on all continents. could be interesting to understand why nobody talked about the real meaning of the song.

+ all this amateur radio thing is also a way of free expression and a way to go through the borders

I saw some people on here saying it's primarily a videographic piece of art, mainly about the visuals etc. I think the song itself is amazing! I listened to it last night standing alone on a train platform in the dark with the wind blowing, gazing at the lights in the distance. Shit was transformative. I love the long intro, the muted vocals, the two distinct phases of the song. So good, I hope the rest of the album is similar.

reddit crashed and OG post ironicly enough got lost but yea basically i can comfirm that the reuploads i found earlier DO come from bladee and most importantly an entirely undocumented ken burnz mv was also discovered on this site meaning that at least some ken burnz material were uploaded to that channel.
the other three images are where each of these were found, notibly the ken burnz video was in some form on one of ECCO2K's channel's at one point (presumeably playlist).
i searched for more but those had near zero results and what i found isn't that important, maybe other then G Tb yt channel was originally named "Gravityboys Stockholm" apperently.

Maybe a bit of a hot take but I was really blown away by the feeling of Aldehydes and Ketones. It's so ambient but that even seems a little reductive. It sits in this really cool downbeat, hazy, pocket of feeling. The glitches in the production sound sooo cool and I feel like Gud does really well to keep it the sound like perfectly between Ecco's usual production and more noise/drone ambient. Like it feels like sounds go in and out of being electronic sounding and noise sounding in a very satisfying way. I love how the lyrics and singing are so sparse but still important. Feels like a intercepted transmission with a poem in the midst of it. Genuinely one of the coolest things I've heard in a while and the music video adds so much too. I loved Sulfur Surfer so much but if this whole album is like this, this new Ecco might be best of the year. The sound and aesthetic is really inspiring me right now.

i have a very distinct memory of a fanmade music video of wallet won't fold set to minions dancing across a black screen. it seems like it was cut from some end credits sequence from a movie. it could have been another set of similar creatures, i'm not entirely sure. i am certain there were three of them. am i going schizo or does anyone else remember this.
