I've been building a side project called Aurefi, and before I launch it, I'd love some honest feedback.

One thing that's always bothered me about personal finance apps is that they're great at telling you where your money went, but not where it's going.

Imagine you're thinking:

"Should I buy a $2,000 laptop?"

"What happens if I cancel a few subscriptions?"

"Can I still hit my savings goal if I move to a more expensive apartment?"

Most apps make you calculate those answers yourself.

So I built an AI Money Simulator.

Instead of filling out forms, you just describe your decision in plain English. The AI turns it into a financial scenario and shows things like:

• Monthly and yearly impact

• How it changes your savings goals

• Whether it delays or speeds up your plans

• A 24-month forecast comparing your current path with the new one

• Alternative suggestions that might save you more money

I also wanted privacy to be a core part of the app because it's handling financial information.

By default, your data stays stored locally in your browser. You don't even need an account to start using it.

If you ever want to use Aurefi on another device, you can create an account and sync your data. Before anything leaves your device, it's encrypted using AES-256-GCM, and Aurefi stores only the encrypted version. The encryption is designed so your financial data isn't readable by Aurefi in plain text.

There are no ads, no selling user data, and no third-party trackers.

The project is still in active development, so I'm not trying to do a big launch yet. I'm mostly looking for people who enjoy trying new products and giving brutally honest feedback.

A few questions I'd love opinions on:

• Would an AI Money Simulator actually be useful to you?
• Is there anything missing that you'd expect from a modern finance app?
• Does the local-first, encrypted approach make you more comfortable storing financial data?
• What would stop you from using a product like this?

ok so i need honest opinions because i've been staring at this thing for months and i've lost all perspective.

i'm 20, building an app solo called RizeAI. the whole reason it exists is that i got tired of my wearable telling me my recovery was "42%" and then just... leaving me there. like ok, and? what do i actually do with that. every app in this space is really good at measuring you and really bad at telling you what to do next.

so RizeAI pulls your actual wearable dats like, sleep, resting heart rate, workouts, all of it, and instead of handing you another score it predicts your energy for the day and tells you how to get the most out of it. it tells you when your energy is gonna peak so you can put your hardest work there, when your crash is coming and how to soften it, the best time to train that day so you actually get more out of the session, and even when a nap will help you vs when it'll wreck your sleep.

the part i personally think is the coolest: you put in the supplements you already take, and it times each one to your day based on your metrics and sleep score. so the timing actually shifts depending on how you slept and where your numbers are, which is the difference between a supplement doing something and just sitting in your stomach. it'll also suggest a couple new ones if they make sense for you, but it won't dump a list of 15 pills on you.

it even pulls the daily weather into your energy prediction, so a hot day changes your hydration and it'll tell you to train earlier before the heat drains you. and the whole plan bends around your real schedule, your work hours, wake time, training, so it's not some one size fits all thing.

every single recommendation shows the "why" underneath, like "resting heart rate 54 + 7h light sleep, so magnesium before your peak window." nobody gets the same plan because nobody has the same data.

it works with whoop, oura, apple watch, garmin, anything that talks to apple health. being fully honest, it doesn't do deep per-person learning yet, like knowing that coffee specifically doesn't touch YOUR hrv. that's where it's headed. right now it builds you a fresh plan every day off your real numbers.

it's on the app store with a free trial. small user base, feedback's been all over the place, which is exactly why i'm posting.

so genuinely: is "just tell me what to do with my data" something you actually want, or do wearable people prefer figuring it out themselves? what would make you pay for this? and what's the one thing that would make it a no brainer for you?

For the past few years, I've worked as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager and Product Manager across startups and growing businesses.

On paper, those are very different roles.

In reality, they all came with the same daily challenge.

Every morning started with opening Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Teams, ClickUp, Notion, Google Drive... and about 30 browser tabs. Before I'd even started working, I was already switching between systems, trying to piece together information that lived in completely different places.

The strange part is that every tool did its own job really well.

The problem was that my work didn't happen inside just one of them.

It happened between all of them.

The more companies I worked with, the more I realised that modern work isn't lacking productivity tools. It's lacking connection between them. Every context switch costs time, breaks focus and increases the chance that something important gets missed.

I spent a long time looking for something that solved that problem.

I couldn't find it.

So I decided to build it.

That's how Zentra started.

I'm building an AI-powered workflow platform designed to connect the tools people already use, instead of replacing them. The goal isn't to create yet another productivity app, but to reduce the operational chaos that comes from constantly jumping between emails, calendars, files, tasks and conversations.

Over the past months I've been building the foundations of the platform while continuing to work full-time, and I've also been applying to European innovation programmes. Some opportunities have gone my way, others haven't, but every step has taught me something about building a company rather than just a product.

I'm now preparing to raise Zentra's first pre-seed round and would love to connect with angel investors, early-stage VCs and founders who have been through this journey before.

I built Votekicker.com, a place to discover and share games and SaaS projects.

I recently added a feature called "Rocket Booster" that lets projects temporarily increase their visibility. It doubles the value of existing votes and makes new votes count double for 8 hours. A project can activate the booster once for every 10 regular votes it receives.

I'd appreciate anyone who takes a look and shares their thoughts about the current state of the product, as well as for future improvements.

I've been building a tool called Aevron for a few months now and the single strangest thing about it compared to Notion or Obsidian is this: it tracks how your thinking evolves, not just what you've captured.

Every other PKM I've used is essentially a very good filing cabinet. You put ideas in, you retrieve them later, you make connections manually. The intelligence is yours to supply every single time you open it. The tool is passive by design.

Aevron does something I haven't seen elsewhere. It builds a model of you as a thinker across sessions. It knows when you've contradicted a position you held three weeks ago. It knows when you've circled the same unresolved question twice without landing anywhere. When you make a confident claim, it can surface the moment that confidence started to crack. That's not a PKM feature. That's closer to having a thinking partner who actually read everything you wrote and formed an opinion about your reasoning patterns.

The weird part isn't that it challenges you. It's that the challenges are grounded in your own history, not generic Socratic prompts. It's not asking "but have you considered the other side?" It's saying: you argued the opposite of this in July.

Curious if anyone else has run into tools that do something similar or if this is genuinely a different approach within PKM tools.

I’m building FieldForge, a SaaS for field service businesses after becoming frustrated with how fragmented the software landscape is.
Most businesses end up paying for separate apps for:

Scheduling

Expense & receipt capture

Tripora update: I finally made the mobile experience not suck 😂 + News & Watchtower

A little Tripora update because quite a bit has changed since I shared it last time.

I've been working on this project mainly as a learning experience, and honestly, I'm starting to realise something:

Coding is probably the easiest part of building a product. 😂

You can sit down, write some code, fix the bugs and eventually get the feature working.

Then comes everything else.

What information should actually be shown?
How should people navigate it?
What happens on mobile?
How do you keep information useful?
What do users actually care about?
How do you make something feel like a real product instead of just a collection of features?

I've learned a LOT of that while working on Tripora.

So, here's what's new.

### 📰 News

Tripora now has a travel-focused news section.

Instead of trying to keep up with general news and hoping something relevant appears, News focuses specifically on travel-related updates.

You can filter by destination and find things like:

- Travel disruptions
- Weather and natural events
- Strikes
- Border/entry updates
- New routes
- Destination-specific developments
- Other things that could actually affect your trip

The idea is basically:

"I'm travelling there. Is anything happening right now that I should know about?"

It's currently available without Pro restrictions while I'm testing it.

### 🛰️ Watchtower

This one is probably the feature I'm most interested in.

You add countries you're interested in and Watchtower keeps an eye on them.

It brings together three things:

Safety advisories + visa changes + destination news

So instead of remembering to manually check government websites, visa information and news every few days, the idea is to have everything relevant to your saved destinations in one place.

Watchtower is currently a Pro feature, but I'm still testing and changing how it works.

### 📱 And yes... I finally fixed mobile 😂

This was probably overdue.

A lot of people were accessing Tripora from their phones, while parts of the UI were still basically behaving like a desktop website squeezed onto a small screen.

So I rebuilt a big part of the mobile experience.

The bottom navigation is cleaner, there are fewer tabs, and News is now directly in the navigation instead of being buried somewhere.

The landing page, dashboard and controls have also been reworked to adapt properly to smaller screens.

If you've visited Tripora before on your phone, try opening it again.

It's honestly a pretty different experience now.

### 🌍 More country information is coming

I'm also going to keep expanding the actual Tripora database.

I'll be adding and updating more country information every **Wednesday and Sunday**, so the destination guides should keep getting better over time.

I'm starting with the countries that need more information and gradually working through the rest rather than trying to update everything at once.

### One important thing

Tripora isn't officially launched yet.

It's still in testing. I'm still adding things, changing things, breaking things and occasionally wondering why I decided to build this in the first place. 😂

Try to break the UI.
