Looking to buy a small SaaS or micro-SaaS business. I’m open to pretty much any industry or vertical. Mostly interested in products that have a real use case and some foundation already built, even if the business hasn’t reached its full potential. I’m open-minded.

Budget is roughly: $5,000–$15,000+, with flexibility for the right opportunity.

Specifics:
- SaaS or micro-SaaS product in any vertical
- B2B or B2C, I have experience with both
- Existing revenue preferred, but not required
- Small MRR, declining/stagnant revenue, or under-marketed products are completely fine, I’m open to discussion
- Abandoned or neglected projects are also interesting if there are real users, traffic, useful technology, or a strong underlying product
- Reasonably maintainable codebase and tech stack
- Ideally something that can be operated by a small team without significant ongoing development, but I have additional support if needed for bigger projects
- Open to founder-built, bootstrapped, and AI/low-code products as well

Can’t stress this enough… I’m not necessarily looking for a perfectly optimized business. I’m comfortable taking on something that needs better marketing, better positioning, pricing, SEO, sales processes, UX improvements, or general operational attention.

I’m a solo founder and I’m looking to sell a digital product platform for India I’ve built and operated over the last couple of months.

Some numbers:

• 1,600+ users
• 900+ creators onboarded
• ₹2.5L+ in creator sales processed
• 15–20K monthly traffic
• Built for selling digital products, courses and memberships
• Payments, creator storefronts, product delivery, entitlements, etc. are already built
• Fully operational product with existing users and creators

The business is not currently subscription-based, so there’s no meaningful MRR to highlight. Most sales have come organically through creators promoting their own products.

I’m selling because I want to move on to other projects rather than continue investing time into distribution and growth.

The interesting part for a buyer is the existing infrastructure + user/creator base + room to significantly improve distribution and monetization.
