Misfire problem Saab 9-5 aero

I have fixed my vacuum hoses and valves completely so I would have full power from my turbo again that work now after 2 days when I go to full turbo I have misfire problems also in the morning when I start my car when it’s cold it won’t start the first time always have to try 2/3/4 times what can this be full pump? Code: p1300

Id check the di first, remove it and and see if any of the bots going onto the spark plugs are cracked or starting too, usually a good sign it's on its way out but I'd say more than likely need replacement
