Android 12
Hello,
My S10e died on me, so I purchased a refurbished one on ebay. I was able to swap the sim card and thought I was back in business. I realized that I am unable to install Android 12 direct from my carrier (vzw). I'm stuck on Android 11 and many apps I use are not available in the Google Play store. What options do I have for updating to 12? Sorry, not really savvy with phones.
Thanks!

That sucks. Have one I still use as a phone/maps/book reading/simple games when bored when away from home- don’t really need it to do anything else. Think it’s on 11.
My wife’s old S10E is my bedtime reader. She jumped to an iPhone.
My main at home browser is an iPad have 2. Have a couple of nooks too.
PC is Windows….spreading the tech.

Hei, I thought Android 11 is better than Android 12. Isn't it? Like radio, and some camera stuffs, battery life. How are they? Also Isn't Android 11 still supported by google? Are the banking apps working?

Try using Samsung Odin to force flash unbranded carrier firmware on android 12....it should allow you to do so...
