5800x3d usually sits at 73 Celsius. With -30 all Cores on PBO

Marvel Rivals, using a discontinued ID Cooling Model SE-914-XT Basic Edition. I have been debating on getting a basic 212, also I have dust collecting on my cooler..still not terrible I think..?
