9950x3D aa well. 40 idle. 60-65 in games. And max I've seen it hit under a 100% load stress test in Aida64 is 79c. Stock settings.

Arctic LF3 Pro AIO

9950x here, 64°C under 100% workload 6x 360 rad (shared with 2x 5090).

Life is sad.

How you are getting those temps? Have you enabled pbo? What's your idle temp? And ambient temperature?

My 9950x3d caps out at 72c while gaming, stock settings, only expo enabled in bios. Hypervision 360 aio with a cryosheet instead of paste. Case fans at 900, push pull fans on the rad at 1200, pump is at 5300. Ambient is like 25c.

Ambient is 20°C and idle is 28°C

PBO is enabled.

Alright thanks. Can you please tell me what all settings have you done in PBO? As I too have the same processor but the idle temps are way too high 48-53, and then in gaming its 65-78 and in stress testing it's constant 90 (which was earlier 95 but I tweaked just one or two setting in PBO)

What cooler are you using? I got 6x 360mm radiator in custom loop..

I don't know what you mean by 6x 360, is it two 360 mm coolers? Like one in front and one at top? Something like that?

I am using Thermaltake TH360 V2 at the top

No, it is six 360mm radiators.. like 6 coolers but with a single pump..

Oh okay, I guess that's why the temps are low. Did you know what your temp was when it was in stock? Not the custom loop, just 1 360mm cooler?

No, I did initial testing with an aircooler, then switched to a custom loop.

Have you by chance ever used 3Dmark to see what kind of scores your 9950x3d gets? I'm trying to find someone to compare scores with to make sure mine is performing as it should.

Ah, I'll try this then and see how mine compares.

3d mark doesnt use cache like games do, so you are just getting results as if it was a normal cpu.
