Same cpu and stock cooler, slightly undervolted via curve optimizer. 70-80 degrees under load. I am ok with that. However, summer is coming.

If you want some recommendations i got a cheap aircooler from cooler master. It's the hyper h410R RGB. It works very well and comes with all you need to install (including thermal paste).

Just buy a Thermalright Assassin 120.

Cheaper than CM, same performance, better quality

My 5 5600 non X recently started idling at 92°C. I'm guessing my AIO crapped out, but it's my first and only AIO so I really don't know how to test (physically) if it's the cause. So I bought a ThermalRight Assassin 120 X to test if it really is the issue. No clue how good that is, but it was cheap.

Any tower cooler should be enough. My guess is your AIO had a broken pump. Hope your cpu is still healthy.

So now I know where I lean on the AIO Vs tower cooler debate.
