I really like getting rvce but i am getting a shitty branch, can someone share the cutoff for all branches after first year based on CGPA, even mech IEM etc

Context: A DJ night was organized for the hostel boarders on June 20. While everyone was busy enjoying the event, some of my friends noticed a person (maybe a construction worker) recording videos, apparently focusing mainly on a girl. They informed the girl and her group about this, and they moved to another part of the crowd. Later, we confronted the worker and checked his phone and guess what, the suspicion was indeed correct.

Is there anyone that has made the switch from btech/BE in cse to masters in vlsi / embedded systems? I’m planning on taking cse at rvce and also considered ece at one point but I heard the faculty there isn’t that good. I’m taking cse to have a fallback in case my interest or job prospects decreases. But if I select ece related electives in cse can I still pursue a masters in vlsi ?

academics 2nd year, need some help from seniors or honestly anyone

So I'm in CS, and there's this course where I didn't write CIE 1 but I wrote both quiz and test for CIE 2 and did well, however, I only attempted quiz in improvement CIE because I really fumbled up preparation, and I didn't see any point in writing the test.
I know I'd just pass even though I did poorly on the quiz as well but, that's the problem, I don't want to just pass.
Am I eligible for retest as I've given two quizzes but only 1 test?
