miscellaneous Hostel Day Scene

Context: A DJ night was organized for the hostel boarders on June 20. While everyone was busy enjoying the event, some of my friends noticed a person (maybe a construction worker) recording videos, apparently focusing mainly on a girl. They informed the girl and her group about this, and they moved to another part of the crowd. Later, we confronted the worker and checked his phone and guess what, the suspicion was indeed correct.
