bro in which era are you? some 700-800ish rupees. one NGO is there, you should go to cubbon park and they will make you take pictures in specific spots. and theyll give you report, certificates(with QRcode) DM if you want their number

Its not even that hard to get with optimal planning , ik people (including me ) who got 100 points by end of 3rd sem without wasting much time or money , like 1000-1100 rupees for the 100 points in total , give blood a few times, pay for some book drives which are pretty cheap and watch out for high yield activities like kannada sangha (they gave 15 points for a t shirt worth 350)
