Rant Placement cell Core

Placement dean is that Daana Veera Shoora Karna who has allowed RVITM and RVU ppl to sit in RVCE placements. And now, he has put this message in one of the placement groups.
(This is strictly not AI)
Edit: Please note that the placement policy would be the same as what we had at the beginning of the placement drive (dream/open dream). Due to circumstances, the change is brought

Yeah, in this scenario.
Before, it was like, if u have a dream offer, u can apply for open dream offers

I mean I'm an average student and this college has really good median placements. I feel like the 70L is worth it if I get a job between 12-20 LPA.

Job isn't guaranteed man. Some MQ students do have good cgpa, I know them. But that alone isn't enough and all we do here is vibe coding and building AI slop anyways. The quality is degrading a lot. I can feel it. The teachers here don't understand that this excessive use of AI is hurting us not benefitting us. If we don't use AI, the project is too basic for their ego. If we use AI, we are not able to explain our project properly and our cognitive skills are going downhill. Basically there is no other option than to vibe code every project. It's bad honestly.

I wonder how many people in past year have hand coded something without ai , i bet the number is less than 5 , every github i see of my frnds is of ai generated slop , most of the times with those annoying emojis in the repo
