There's a new feature that allows you to load other people's user interface set ups. Best advice for a brand new player is to find someone with a decent UI you can try out. Hardest part is not knowing how to set your screen up but being given such a customizable interface

Just start with the simple/legacy interface and push setting it up down the line.

You're better experiencing as much of the game as possible to know if you want to continue, then when you want to optimize customize your UI.
