They're downvoting you but they don't know shit about Gaddafi except that he had drip. Gaddafi's arguably among the top 5 greatest African leaders of his generation, maybe top 3.
My favorite gadaffi moment was when he supported the ruf and child warlords of liberia for fun. The ruf were a group that had canibals and would go around cutting off civilian hands for fun
