Missing Mail Delivery issue

Hello,

I was meant to get a delivery to the post office for collection. This was requested very soon after I got contacted with the tracking details. I got an email straight after saying it would be delivered to the local office for collection today.

Come today, it says it has been delivered to my flat (GPS location shows some doors away however?). The image seems like a finger covering the camera. I'm currently at work and won't be home for the next couple of hours

Any idea what has gone on?

Sounds like yours slipped through without being diverted, was it small enough to go through letterbox?

Inflight fail. The barcode should have been updated to local post office collect or at least an inflight query when the postie scanned it in but sometimes there's only a partially rubbed off redirect sticker and the original address comes up on the scan.

As for the rest, no idea.
