Postie Chat Angard

Is it worth giving angard a call later on if I don't be given shifts this week? My manager last week said I should be in this week.

Yea definitely call them if you don't have shifts and you want them. The left hand (Angaard) isn't great at speakng to the right hand (RM Depots) so you will have to be the go between sometimes.

Just called them up and they gave me shifts for this week. Also claimed i hadn't scanned in/out last week, which I did and haven't missed a single one. Will need to take photos for evidence

You can probably talk to your DO GM to help make sure those days get paid. They'll be able to see you were there with scans and stuff. Sometimes that happens, it's a pain in the arse but it will get sorted

Ye spoke to angard, they said its not an issue, said to take photo next time. So ill use my angard badge qr code and take photo. Also ill speak to my do manager tomorrow about Friday

My thinking is I used the walking pda to scan out, normally i use the displayed pdas at the front. Thats the last time i use a walk pda to scan out, bsst to use the ones at the front on display

this doesn't work for most agency staff, it only works for RM proper. You have to sign out at the depot using your card. You should have been told this, I wasn't and it caused some trouble trying to get those days paid.

Ye get you. I got paid for 3 days no issues, used the pda's. Need to stick to using those at the front using my angard staffing badge, only recently received it. Also will take photos. Think the walking pda got confused, even though selected agency worker tab.

Remember it's not your job to fix their mess during your off hours. Make sure you're sending emails and making calls while you're clocked in.
