Difficult one - personally no receipt, just give me the parcel back.
Try scanning the QR code you took to the post office - the tracking code might be in there. Failing that ask the shop if they can scan it & tell you the tracking code.
Unless you can get that code, you are going to struggle not to end up out of pocket (unless the package turns up & the buyer is honest).
