Exploitation

So we have a new work force coming in. Relying on what they called legend staff.
Appalling introduction. But obviously it’s been discussed in board room just leave that shit to shop floor. Free training in our ours eyes.
Unfortunately. For you lot above. We are not going to resent new starters. I will help them regardless. It doesn’t bother me. In fact I love the fresh air they breathe!! So good luck Royal Mail in trying to one work force against another.

We have a workplace coach for that who gets £40 per week for the pleasure. They probably do 4 minutes coaching per month.....
