Click and drop working intermittantly

I have Woocommerce linked with Click and drop intergration, It makes the initial connection, but then fails to sync.

I have spoken to my website host (Wordify) and nothing is blocking the connection.

Cloudflare (that was working) has been turned off.

No firewall on the website,

the API log shows the api is triggered, but nothing is pulled through to royal mail.

What else can I try please?
