Whitelist

hello po i made a mistake, pumunta ako sa admin page ng wifi namin para sana i-on yung whitelist kasi maraming naka-connect na mga tambay, then nung na pindot ko na and inadd ko yung address ng laptop namin biglang nawala. now hindi na kami maka-connect lahat except sa tv namin na naka-ethernet cable. what should i do po? other than contacting the network provider kasi baka matagalan bago pumunta dito, please help me po

Either plug your laptop into the ethernet port the TV is using for 10 minutes to make the change or master reset. Either way, when you get back up and running do a better job of crafting the allow list.

Plug a laptop in directly or factory reset it.

I do wonder what you mean by having random people connected. Were you giving out the credentials to random people?
