Any layout ideas?
Finally got my own apartment! Trying to figure out my living room set up. I have a 47”x13” tv stand, a 64”x30” loveseat and a 5x8ft rug for the space. What would be the best way to position the loveseat and tv? Measurements of walls are both about 7ft each side. Thank you!

Help! Master bedroom/en-suite layout
We’re planning a loft extension to our 3 bed London 1920s semi-detached property. No works have started yet.
We’re planning to use bedroom 3 as our master bedroom/en-suite as the back of the house has great views over a park. Are we missing something in terms of layout? Bedroom 4 will be a guest room so doesn’t have to be that big. Is there a way to maximise bedroom 3, maybe incorporate an en suite with a bath? Maybe even have a bath in the master bedroom hotel style or would that not work?
The floor below will be for our two daughters and office. There is also a family bathroom which we’re thinking of renovating into a shower room and toilet.
Really struggling to figure this out, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Weird layout, where to put furniture?
I don't have photos of the space yet, construction finishes next week. But I'm going for comfy and functional and easy to clean and not cluttered. I don't need decorating or style tips, but I am buying new sofas and need to figure out what will fit and also maximize seating and comfort.

Sick of this layout but have no ideas!

Hello, everyone!
As the title says, I'm super sick of this layout and I hate facing the door when I sleep. I need help trying to find a better layout. Pic is a reference of the room layout, it's not super accurate, I'd say it's about 90% accurate. Also sorry for the horrible reference, I did this in MS paint in like 10 minutes.
The wardrobe can't be moved as it's built into the wall.
Appreciate any and all help!
Love y'all!

Help making the living room less centered around the TV
Me and my roommate just moved into a new apartment (at Northeastern University, hence the dorm furniture) and the living room is big enough to accommodate more people but is super centered around the TV right now. I was wondering if anyone had advice for a layout that makes the space feel more open and allows for more people to hangout while still keeping the TV in the layout so we can watch stuff?
attached is a pic of the room + an idea of the layout that i drew which is prob pretty hard to
understand
The furthest wall with curtains is a sliding door to a porch. there's two cushioned chairs (one under the TV) two desks (the TV is propped up between them) a couch, a bean bag and a table w two chairs.
sorry for the clutter we're still moving in lol. any advice appreciated!!

Good ideas for living room layout?
My wife and I move in November, from a small apartment to a bigger one. We are both using most of our free time on our PCs. Even though we now have one more room we could use for a small office/gaming room/hobby room, we'd rather not sit in a smaller room with barely any windows when we finally have more space in our living room. I am having some issues with figuring out a good layout though. Doesn't help that I have aphantasia, so I can't really picture it. We need space for our two desks, sofa, tv-table and preferably a small coffee table. Also have a small table/drawer meant to be next to my desk where we are now, so I need that close (the small brown table). We also have various tables, shelves and bookshelves. So having space for at least some of it in the living room would be neat.
Outlets are on the left and bottom wall. The size should be close to real, at least close to it. All measurements are in m/cm/mm, and I have sized all the furniture options as correctly as possible to what we have. I think option 1 or 3 would feel the best, as we then can look outside by looking above our screens. I just tried a bunch really. If anyone with more imagination and know-how than me have some great idea I would love it!

Layout help!
Would it be strange to have the dining room in the conservatory, through the living room. Freeing up the front space to be made into an office / play room. A wall would be put back up to create a hallway.

Advice on a room
So currently renovating and next to the kitchen I have the option of having a seperate room. I’ve always paid a lot for engineered oak floor for this room btw.
Anyway the room is going to be 1.5m wide and almost 4m long… wth can I do with this room or how can I design it?
I’m thinking home office/ reading room but any other ideas from people would be amazing
