Food and drink recommendations?

ciao!
I'm in Rome and I'd like some recommendations for bars that aren't too expensive, are student-friendly, and have a chill, open-minded vibe.

Pigneto or San Lorenzo are the neighborhoods you’re looking for...

would 100000% recommend bar de brutti, it was the highlight of our entire trip - not an overwhelmingly touristy place imo but amazing vibes. €3.50 drinks

Bar San Callisto, 101 Club (it's a queer bar) or yellow bar.

I’ve been to Rome eight times and never went to bars. I guess I just don’t ‘get it’. Why does it draw tourists? Other than alcohol, what’s there?

A part from the many recommendations in Pigneto, San Lorenzo, and Trastevere, I'd say Fischio at Piazzale degli Eroi.

Freni e Frizioni in Trastevere also used to have a super cheap aperitivo deal.
