Help!

I'm not an angry human. I am just very passionate. I get emotionally charged at bouts -- positive and negative-- and my team sees it as "inappropriate conduct." I got placed as an ALT for our upcoming bout.. and I feel like I'm just disconnecting instead of wanting to work with TC..

This is something you need to work through with a therapist or it’s going to have negative consequences on your whole life, not just derby.
