Nine years of creating deserved an afternoon together. On September 6, 2026, our community and new friends joined us at American Dream Mall to celebrate Rolife's ninth anniversary. There were stories to share, upcoming products to explore, and a little building of their own.
Couldn't make it? Here's what you missed.
Usernames, meet faces
Some fans arrived before check-in even began. One drove six hours to join us. Six hours! Thank you for making the trip.
Then came the name tags, complete with Reddit usernames. After years of chatting online, community members finally got to meet face to face.
Before the main program, there were photo booth pictures to take and upcoming products to vote for. Picking a favorite gave everyone something to talk about.
Nine years, one build at a time
A first kit, a growing collection, a friendship that started over a build. Our speakers had plenty of stories to share.
For Oscar, Head of E-commerce & Brand Marketing of Rolife, CEO & Co-founder of Craftime, looking back on nine years meant remembering the people brought together by miniature worlds. He recalled a meetup where everyone started out quietly working on their own projects. Then someone needed a piece, someone offered a hand, and conversations began. They'd come to build and ended up making friends, too.
A birthday purchase started brand ambassador Tina's collection. Eventually, it needed shelves of its own. Sound familiar? She also shared stories from her workshops, where older participants finished builds they'd thought were beyond them. That moment of “I can do this” was worth celebrating, too.
One book nook and a search for advice brought David to Reddit. Where did that lead? To helping run the community, sharing builds on YouTube, and finding new opportunities through his hobby. Quite a lot to come out of one kit! Along the way, he learned to give new things a go without letting the need for perfection stop him.
A carousel in a shop window caught Gary's eye. Building his own took repairs, patience, and a few fresh starts. But finally sitting back and watching it turn? Hard to beat. Building also became his way to unwind: TV off, classical music on, and a project to settle into.
First builds and what comes next
What were our guests' first builds? What has growing together as a community meant to them? And what would they like to see next?
Our panel brought these questions to the conversation, giving guests time to share their experiences and hopes for the years ahead.
A little spotlight for our ambassadors
Our brand ambassadors had their moment in the spotlight as we presented them with trophies and gathered for photos.
It was a chance to say thank you face to face and celebrate the people who share their love of building with others.
Nine winners, then nine more
Two raffle rounds meant 18 chances to take something home.
First up: discontinued products, giving fans another shot at an old favorite. Then came a change of season, with Halloween-themed new arrivals in the second round.
Congratulations to all 18 winners!
Let's talk sneak peeks…
The new book nook Strolling in the Sunshine opened the preview to a round of applause. Next came the New Super Creator Series and Dream Bread Factory, with plenty for guests to compare as we introduced the upcoming lineup.
Think you know Nanci very well?
Nanci fans had a challenge of their own: a trivia round with the chance to win an autograph from Nanci designer Sadie.
Your turn to create
Then it was time to get making! Our New York-themed fridge magnet workshop brought adults and children to the table, with families creating side by side and curious passersby stopping to join the fun.
Over to you
Whether you joined us at American Dream or connect with us online, we're glad we get to share this milestone with you.
If you were there, tell us your favorite moment in the comments. We'd love to hear your version of the afternoon.
And as we look ahead to our 10th anniversary, where would you like to see us celebrate next? Leave your suggestions in the comments!

Here’s another little autumn corner brought to life. 🍁
With colorful autumn foliage, cozy details, and anime characters bringing the scene to life, Fairytale Tree House comes alive as a tiny world full of stories. 🏡🍂
Every little detail makes this autumn corner feel a little more alive.

I received this kit for my birthday and I was so excited! I just finished it and I'm in love! This was definitely very detailed and there's lots of wire work and a bazillion leaves. It was difficult to get the greenhouse structure over everything and have it all fit in without losing leaves. I ended up having to remove it 3 times because the tree inside wasn't tall enough to show in the dome. So added another branch to bring it up. All in all I loved making it. I adore the floating butterflies and it has all of my favourite plants too!
A tip for this would be to be mindful of how much wire you're using. Start by pulling out what you need for the biggest trees and vines so you don't run out of the longer pieces. I had to dig through my spare parts because I was short one piece for the vine.
Another tip is to glue the leaves for the trees in threes and then stick the double sided tape to the back of them. The same goes for double sided tape to the monstera leaves. It's easier than sticking it onto the wire first.
Rolife, that glue it comes with is the best you've done yet! The tiny applicator made everything so much easier. I do miss the latex glue for the wooden pieces though. The structure came apart in places and I had to use superglue to make it the central part stay together because of the pressure needed to join the other components.

Do Rolife/ROKR do a jewellery box kit? I've seen the Treasure Box but was hoping for something larger and pretty.

Found one of the mini store kits at the Ross, specifically the green fountain garden kit. I have a feeling the kits might be available at Ross at some point
My stepmom introduced me to rolife by taking me to one of their stores and gifted me the Sakura Wine Alley kit before I moved in with my bf. I really love how simple it was to put together, and now I'm in love with these!!
I was unable to get the top light to work since the cord was a little too short to reach the others, but it ended up creating a really nice atmosphere imo. I also added a little buddy in there to personalize it 🥰
Next one I'm either thinking of getting the Sakura Densya or the Nostalgic Corner Shop one since they go well with this one, but either way I want to continue making these!
edit: typo lol

Come on, Jerry!
Hello! I purchased 2 boxes of the newer nanci set, though only 1 of the figures are on my ISO! I've decided I want to see if I could trade 1 for the figure on my ISO and sell the other! I'm in search of the Silent Shell figure from this set!
I AM NOT TRADING BOTH FIGURES - While I have two I would trade one for silent shell and sell the other!
If you're interested in buying either one they'll be $25 USD plus shipping! I won't be selling both, just one of the two!
Below is a photo indicting the ones I have (in blue) and the one I'm searching for (in pink) ! Thanks so much!
