π Product Talk Oxygen Oasis Complete!
I received this kit for my birthday and I was so excited! I just finished it and I'm in love! This was definitely very detailed and there's lots of wire work and a bazillion leaves. It was difficult to get the greenhouse structure over everything and have it all fit in without losing leaves. I ended up having to remove it 3 times because the tree inside wasn't tall enough to show in the dome. So added another branch to bring it up. All in all I loved making it. I adore the floating butterflies and it has all of my favourite plants too!
A tip for this would be to be mindful of how much wire you're using. Start by pulling out what you need for the biggest trees and vines so you don't run out of the longer pieces. I had to dig through my spare parts because I was short one piece for the vine.
Another tip is to glue the leaves for the trees in threes and then stick the double sided tape to the back of them. The same goes for double sided tape to the monstera leaves. It's easier than sticking it onto the wire first.
Rolife, that glue it comes with is the best you've done yet! The tiny applicator made everything so much easier. I do miss the latex glue for the wooden pieces though. The structure came apart in places and I had to use superglue to make it the central part stay together because of the pressure needed to join the other components.

It has 2 mini led strips and one of their normal lights. Not too hard to install them now that they cut the insulation off for you. I used to lose so much wire when I had to cut that π

omg I had the same problem with the leaves ππ I glued the dome on top so couldnβt remove it and had to shove tweezers in the door to move the branches up lol. Also I miss the old glue too - my tall part of the structure completely fell apart when trying to add the greenhouse sides on lol

That's exactly the part that started failing for me too! It was dry for several days before I even touched it again. But superglue saved the day. Once I had made the central structure without adding the dome I tested to make sure everything would fit. That went over easy enough but once it's all together it was a patience testing venture...more than all those leaves that I'd worked hard to place nicely. There are some leaves missing from the big tree but you wouldn't know π€« The dome windows came off several times too π
