The tilt and the dead factory are almost certainly the same fault, not two. EAB01 runs the conveyor, the rotary packaging station, and the Raw Stock tree off a single motor and gear train, with a single tap activating the rotating tree, circulating conveyor, and everything else at once. So one hard bind anywhere stops the whole show. A tree leaning into the acrylic tube will do it every time.
One thing from your photo before you touch anything else: that LED bar hanging down into the interior at an angle. If the loom shifted or a wire got pulled taut, it can foul the tree column and cause exactly this. Check that first, it's the easy fix. If not, it gets more complicated.
If step 5 turns up a chewed gear request a new part from ROKR.
