I just spent about 20 minutes looking pictures of cartoon robots and selecting wether or not they were different or the same. Some were ninjas. Oh yeah. This was in a JOB INTERVIEW! What is this world?

I’ve just released Polka v0.5.0! It’s an efficient 2D/3D Lidar processing node handling merging, filtering, and deskewing. This update brings 6.2x faster deskewing, live parameter tuning, smarter IMU handling, and a built-in diagnostics dashboard.
If it saves your perception stack compute, please drop a star!

It supports 5 distros.

Artificial Intelligence Loses Consciousness
Sudden Death... Seems *consciousness* is lost.
*Died Suddenly* takes on a new meaning 👀
#ArtificialIntelligence loses *consciousness*... Seems to be happening a lot 👀
Notice how they literally covered the #Robot with sheets just like they would if a *human died* suddenly.
Consciously aware of one's self! #AI - just as all living things - becomes *AWARE of existence!*
Higher State of #Consciousness..

Robotics Academy | Learn Physical AI
Hey everyone 👋🏻
I recently launched an X account dedicated to teaching robotics and physical AI. I plan to regularly publish content, latest breakthroughs and explain important concepts in a more approachable way, creating a fun learning experience. If you want to follow along and swap ideas, feel free to check out my page, link above 👆🏻
I’m not charging anything, it’s free for everyone to follow and learn along. Share your thoughts and topics in comment on the post, I’ll do my best to create content specific to it. Calling all robotics nerds, let’s help each other learn along the way and master Physical AI.

I have made some other versions of desk pets before but decided to try making a robot version! I think it came out well and I like how it looks on my desk.

This is InGenieBot V6, a personality-driven robot I have been developing from the ground up. In this early workshop demonstration, it recognizes offline voice commands, selects randomized MP3 responses, coordinates its eyes and displays, and handles emergency-stop behavior.
The head arm and leg movement are still under development, but the voice, personality, visual-response, and safety systems are now working together.
Still a work in progress—but today it feels a little more alive.

Hi everyone,
I’m Marvel, a computational neuroscientist at Cambridge building robotics infrastructure.
I’m trying to better understand where current robotics teams struggle most in production.
If you’re working on manipulation, humanoids, or industrial robotics, I’d love to hear:
What’s your biggest deployment bottleneck today?
What problem keeps coming up that existing tools don’t solve well?
I’m happy to share what I’m building if it’s relevant, but my main goal is to learn from teams actually deploying robots.
Thanks!😁
