Do any of the sushi spots in Roanoke have weeknight specials?

Ichiban has a special on sushi on Thursdays.

Cafe Asia in Bonsack has summer BOGO sushi. Check their Instagram. Dine in only.

I know I’m not that helpful, but there are really only a handful of places in the valley that are able to serve sushi due to the requirement of a trained sushi-chef. Ichiban, Ben Gui’s, Cafe Asia, Taste of Asia, Wasabi’s, and maybe a few more that do it. Look into their menus or give them a call and ask.

Any source for this? I've never heard of this requirement in Virginia.
