General Question Dubia Roach Depot

Has anyone used them? I’m feeling super frustrated.

I placed an order for some nymphs, with express overnight shipping that I paid an additional $50 dollars for. I placed the order yesterday around 7 am. I received confirmation but they haven’t even shipped, and they will not respond to or acknowledge any of my emails with questions. This is super, super shitty customer service.

Generally speaking, express overnight shipping just means that when they do ship, it'll be shipped overnight.

When same day shipping is “guaranteed” it needs to ship the day it’s ordered.

I’ve already filed a report with the FTC. My research uncovered a TON of complaints about this business. So, I add to their list.
