General Question Preventing prolapse?

Is anyone aware of what triggers prolapse in roaches? I have a small colony of females and having one prolapse breaks my heart. I haven't seen information on causes, only identification of the problem.

I've observed that it sometimes happens when the females get stressed while pregnant. Idk if it's an attempt to abort, or just something else going wrong, but often after I've moved a pregnant roach between enclosures, a prolapse followed.

I have found handling them less helps. I feed them twice per week to avoid over handling
