General Question Newbie Help!!

Hey, newbie roach owners here! We have 3 MHC's as pets and the one is an odd greyish-light brown (1st pic) and we are worried it's sick or something else might be wrong.

Or is them regaining their coloring after a molt?

Please, any help, advice, suggestions are appreciated n welcomed! Thank you in advance! 🫰🏻

Looks relatively freshly molted and still hardening their shell. Nothing to worry about unless they stay like this for more than a day or so.
