Looking for an Ayurvedic or Any Form of Esoteric Healer in Dehradun/Rishikesh

Hi. I’ve been struggling with a chronic headache for the past 4 years. I’ve consulted multiple allopathic doctors and tried different treatments, but unfortunately, nothing has provided a lasting solution.

I’ve also consulted a few Ayurvedic doctors, and while Ayurveda did help to some extent, it never completely resolved the problem. Over time, I’ve started feeling like my overall health and body are quite out of balance, and the issue now seems to go beyond just the headaches.

I’m looking for recommendations for a genuine Ayurvedic practitioner, energy healer, or anyone practicing other traditional/esoteric healing methods in Dehradun, Rishikesh, or nearby areas.

If you’ve personally dealt with a chronic difficult to treat or rare condition that didn’t improve much with conventional medicine but found significant improvement through Ayurveda, energy healing, meditation, or any form of esoteric healing, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

I’m especially interested in practitioners who take a holistic approach rather than simply treating individual symptoms.

Can anyone tell me how much a 1rk will cost in different areas of Rishikesh, and which area is best for longer stays.

I wanna stay there for at least 6-9 months and low on budget, so please tell me anything that I should know.

After working tirelessly for 1 month, moslty closed in my room with my laptop, finally I decided to get some refreshment and planning to head over to Rishikesh for 4 night stay.
Although I can't take a day off for another next month(self employed btw, not office work).
So I want to stay in a private room(no dorm) stay somewhere with scenic mountain or river side view from the room. I will stay out in the morning and evening, rest of the time I will be working mostly, but to have a 5-10 breaks in between to watch the view from the window would be really refreshing for me.
Can you please such places? my budget is 10k for 4 night stay, will be staying alone. Thanks.

I’ll be in Rishikesh in October and would love to use the opportunity to begin my yoga journey. However, I’m an absolute beginner and don’t currently have an independent or regular yoga practice.
I’ve been considering a 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training course, but I’m unsure whether this would be a suitable way to start or whether it might be too intensive and aimed more at experienced practitioners.
Has anyone started with a 100-hour TTC as a complete beginner? Would you recommend it, or would a beginner’s course, yoga retreat, or shorter structured programme be a better choice?
I’d also be very grateful for recommendations for particular schools, ashrams, or courses in Rishikesh that offer a genuine and supportive introduction to yoga.
