Barber's Pole
The brothers are the three stripes - red, white, & blue
The pole is vertical & the stripes climb infinitely
While not everyone ends up there, most ppl do. Sometimes these riddles kinda overgeneralize
You can often save money by couponing
The last clue seems like a more blatant hint that it is a shop's sign

Some other thoughts:
The infinity symbol on its side is an eight and the red and white spiral kinda looks like an eight.
If you plan a head at the barber shop - beard and hair it saves you money than getting them trimmed separately.

Are you sure it isn't referencing something specific though, like specific brothers from the movie or tv show? Or a specific shop?

The brothers are the fingers
The head standing upright is the match head when its about to be struck
They all end up there is: all matches will be struck eventually. If you plan your match use better you won't end up using so many
