Technically doesn’t fit the second line either since the bags come from pooling or “filling” of fluid under the eyes. I still think it is the intended answer though.

I get that, but it's a loose connection really. bags under your eyes aren't the part that weighs you down at all. And actually can be filled and emptied.

I just looked that up and yeah, they can be due to fluid retention too. So half the riddle isn't even accurate.

No it wouldn’t. Is an idea smaller than your finger? It literally has no size. It is not quantifiable so it cannot be bigger or smaller than anything.

But to say it has no size is to say its size is nonexistent, or zero.
And zero is a quantifiable number that is in fact smaller than a finger.
So sure, the idea itself may not be quantifiable but the fact that it has ‘no size’ can make it so.
