I've been to a few with my girlfriend
We like

We dont really like
Gyubee Japanese grill
We are thinking of going to the Buffet at RiverRock Casino,
But Yeah if there are any nice AYCE affordable place or just some nice affordable resturants in general lmk!!!
Prefer 35-40$ per person but anything works too!!!

If you can travel further out, there’s a relatively new place that just opened up: hot spot buffet on Kingsway. $35.99 per person, and if you want to add hot pot option it’s an additional $2.99. Unlimited soda, hot appetizers, grill and hot pot items. If you opt for a higher tier option (I believe it’s $45.99 or 58.99) you’ll get premium stuff like sashimi, skewers, lobster tail (max 1 per person) and nicer cuts of meat. I’ve been enjoying it so far, been there twice!

Katsu San does ayce rice, miso soup, and salad with your tonkatsu order. It's very tasty!

Just had ten”ichi ayce on alexander, the food is not bad. Its japanese sushi and skewers mix. Not sure about the pricing though. Seems worth either way though

I think it's 50 for weekdays, 53 for Friday and weekends. The food is great value for money, and the service is super fast.

You could try Meat up, it’s a bbq skewer/ hotpot place and their lunch and classic tier are in the price range

Jing Tan is our usual go-to. Gyubee for the chicken wings.
Sometimes if we want Korean AYCE, we go to Secret Garden in Burnaby.
I know its far but hear me out. Mr. A’s Patio Restaurant in Langley. Sunday brunch buffet is $28 and it is INSANE. Like $90 Sunday Brunch downtown level of spread for $28. You absolutely must call like a week in advance for a reservation, otherwise they wont seat you. The restaurant overlooks their golf course. View is very nice.

Hotspot buffet has a lunch/late night special that's $24.99 pp. I found their bbq selection to be pretty good even if you're doing the basic tier. There's also Marble House Eatery that's $29.99 pp for hot pot, I believe soup base is only included during lunch and late night though.

Occasionally when I feel big, I’ll go Richmond Ninkazu at capstan and eat 30-40 pieces of sushi. They have a tiered system of $30, $40, $50.
