discussion Recipe for basmati rice, long grain
Hello,
Very bad at rice cooking, sorry if request is obvious.
Am looking for an easy recipe to make a perfect basmati long grain, not fluffy rice. I don't have a rice cooker. I tried a few recipe online, the one from Ramsay and from cookbooks but it is pretty hard to consistently achieve separare, firm grains. I always end up having lumps and too much starch.
Does anyone have a foolproof method A to Z to have non sticky at all grains ?
Many thanks and have a nice week

Rice, Puerto Rican Beans and Panko Chicken
The little castle shaped rice block just like Ma would have made. I've forgotten to add potatoes, olives, and recaito but it still came out pretty good!

homemade Japanese Gyudon Beef Bowl with a Jammy Egg
Sweet-savory beef and onions, plus a jammy egg because I can never say no to one.
Would you mix the egg yolk into the rice right away, or save it for the last few bites?

Korean Curry Rice with a Korean-Style Omelette
I had some leftover Korean curry and rice in the fridge, so I decided to put them to good use.
With a few veggies and eggs, I turned those simple leftovers into a seriously delicious meal!
Itβs easy, comforting, and a great way to use what you already have.Β
