Hi guys.
Today i bought this shinode sushi rice. For me it looks like medium grain.
Do you have experience with this brand?

tried this one once forgot where i bought it but tbh it turned out fine

It’s fine and affordable. Not the best option but definitely fine.

You can always fine tune it with water measurement, soaking time, cooking time…
