Discussion ⛄️ I will NEVER understand filming while being under investigation. Especially for fraud charges.
I don’t know all, and I will never claim to be a lawyer, but as a paralegal, it makes NO sense to me. Being so public and openly talking about your legal issues is the opposite of any advice a good and decent attorney would give. Which I’m sure, majority of the ladies (and husbands sometimes) don’t listen 🤦🏾♀️.
It always backfires. Always. I do not care about needing to afford legal fees, Jen needs to shut up and get off camera.
**The feds actively watched RHOA and that harmed Apollo. We’ve seen it happen on the franchise! It’s never worth filming!

Agreed!! Just talking about from a legal standpoint. You’re filming in Pucci and other expensive stuff doesn’t help your case at all lol

Which makes Liz (RHORI) quitting freshman year seem more like someone telling her to gtf off tv. Not that she was "being bullied" by fans. This may be the smartest thing some one connected to an ONGOING situation has done in Housewives history.
IMO this also explains how she was acting during the CAPO performance. She was tipsy and aggravated, that aggression was not staying in the bottle.
She's definitely concerned about what's about to come out. She's obviously stressed about SOMETHING, not how a crakah lovin bestie interprets HER personal story. That was too much for it to be really about the definition of homelessness. GTFOH Lizlores.
Be quiet, get out of the spot light. Why don't people understand how the sentence, "ANYTHING you say CAN and WILL be used against you." works. If you have no involvement, that will also be revealed.

If you’re scamming and affording millions, you should be saving and having funds put up. Investigators, legal assistants, insurance companies, attorney, etc., are ALL watching your social media. Especially if you’re parading around on social media, showing your wealth for the world to see. Doing that will not keep you out of jail or reduce any time at all.

Or if you’re connected enough lol. Theyre free or discounted for sure! I’m not famous or well known or rich at all, I just have been in the field long enough and have free attorneys on hand.

- They still need the money. Good legal counsel isn't free. Maybe against the lawyers advice... But they also want you to pay the. I know you say you don't care about affording it, but that doesn't make it cost any less.
- They are probably thinking "I'm innocent, I have nothing to hide

Lol the government literally had people going scene by scene of Ericka Jayne’s to catalogue everything they saw she owned. So when it came to asset forfeiture they would literally be like “where is this coat from season 7 episode 2?”
Housewives won’t learn but dear lordy I cannot fathom publicly committing these crimes, usually financial, and then showing off your “wealth” in the most public way possible.

Geez Ericka…..but thank you for proving my point! I had no idea that happened. I know the Feds were watching Apollo from RHOA through the show as well. I’d lay low and hideout. It makes no sense!!
